I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your service. I shop online a lot and I have to say, I have never received such personalized service as I did with you. My fiance and I placed our orders separate. When we placed our orders, you were quick to notice both ring were to be delivered at the same address and immediately informed us that you would charge only one shipping charge. You promptly answered my e-mails enquiring about the status of the order and shipped the rings just in time for the wedding (we had a short time span from when we ordered the rings to the wedding day). The rings arrived in a very nice box. I will actually leave the box out on our dresser, it's that nice. Then to top things off you actually called us to make sure the rings arrived safe and that we were happy. This is outstanding customer service and I was very impressed. The rings looked great and the price was better than anywhere else I saw (online or local). I am telling everyone I know about you and your service. I think you should have a "customer comments" page on your website. It might reassure potential clients that shopping online for wedding rings can be a very positive experience.

Our experience with Wedding Ring King was great! We decided to elope and had to purchase rings quickly. We could not find anything we liked in the stores for the price range we had and then found your website. Your company was able to get our rings to us quickly and even called quite a few times to give us the status during the shipment and after they were delivered. And, when we got the rings in, we were elated at the quality, correct sizing and workmanship. It made our elopment all the more fun!
