Return Policy
Wedding Ring King is a manufacturer of Wedding Bands and a Supplier
to the Jewelry Trade. Our Wedding Bands are considered by many to be
above the standard of quality in the jewelry industry. We stand behind
our products and we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects, and
that they content the purity of the metal stamped in the inside of the ring.
We will happily refund, replace, or exchange any unworn item within
7 days of its purchase date when complying with the present Return Policy.

to obtain a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).
No merchandise would be accepted without exhibiting a RMA# on the
outside of the returned package.
- Products ordered online by our Internet Customers will be accepted
in return for a full cash refund, including shipping charges, for any
of the following reasons:
- The item is defective.
- The item received is not the ordered item.
- The item differs in specifications from the item displayed in our web site.
- If Customer receives a ring in a different finger size than the finger
size ordered by Customer, due to an error in our part, Customer is entitled
to Exchange the ring for another ring of the same style in the correct
finger size. Shipping costs would be refunded to Customer.
- If Customer ordered a ring in a finger size that does not fit, customer
is entitled to Exchange the ring for the same style ring, in the correct
finger size. The following charges will apply:
- There will be a charge of 15% of the original value of the ring for
remaking a new ring in the requested size.
- If the returned ring has an inscription in the inside of the ring,
as requested by Customer, there will be no refund allowed.
- Shipping charges will apply.
- Custom Made Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after Customer
receives our Order Confirmation. There will be a cancellation fee of 30%
of the listed price of the item if cancellation is requested after the
item is sent to production. Customer has the right to consider an order
cancelled, and entitled to a FULL REFUND if order is not shipped by the
promised delivery date.
- Custom Made Orders are defined as follows:
- Orders that are made following specific instructions of the Customer.
- Rings over Finger Size 12 or under Finger Size 5.
- All Platinum rings.
- Rings made of a combination of Platinum and 18Kt Gold.
- Returns will be accepted by Wedding Ring King only when Customer has
notified Wedding Ring King no later than three (3) days after received
of the goods and obtained a Return Authorization Number. Customer must
take all necessary precautions, once we authorize the return, to
guarantee a prompt and safe delivery of the goods being returned to
Wedding Ring King. Goods must be returned in their original packaging,
and must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated. Damaged products
will not be accepted in return. If you have additional questions, please

Delivery Time
You should expect to receive your wedding band within 2 weeks from the order date.
We always try to satisfy our customers request. If you MUST receive your wedding band by a certain day, please,
let us know it in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section at the bottom of the order form. You will be notified immediately
whether or not we can meet your request.

We delivery all orders by Federal Express.
